Ubuntu One For Windows

It’s now official –Ubuntu One now works on Windows OS platform as well.No doubt  geeks who wants to collaborate  digital life as personal cloud management might love it. Ubuntu One as you might know  is a cloud  storage application and service operated by Canonical Ltd.Earlier Ubuntu One has a client application that runs on Ubuntu 9.04 and later, however now Windows users too can download Ubuntu  One Client  – set up an Ubuntu One Free account and you’ll get 5 GB of free storage so you can store and sync your files, photos, videos and music. Once you’re done, you can access your files on your desktop, on the web or on your mobile, wherever you are!
The developers behind Ubuntu one claims that although Linux folks are around  Ubuntu OS, mostly these users are forced to work on Windows or Mac environments, even if they prefer to use Ubuntu as their home desktop or OS of choice .And these is the main reason they forced to have a Windows Client,
Head over to  download Ubuntu One Windows Client  ,Install the  22MB file and Launch  Setup – If you already have an Ubuntu One account sign in with your existing account. If you are new to Ubuntu One, you will be asked to set up an Ubuntu One Free account, this also gives you 5GB of free cloud storage. On successful registration an email will be sent to you with a verification code. Copy and paste that code into the installer when prompted.Next click the “Start setup” button to select folders you want to sync to your personal cloud. You can select folders on your computer to sync with your personal cloud at any time in the application.
